Order Processing
- Items in stock at First Source will ship within 1–2 business days.
- Items shipped directly from our suppliers may take 5–7 business days to ship.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping
Shipping Times
- Standard Ground: 3–5 business days (by end of day)
- Standard Overnight: 1 business day (by 10:30 AM)
Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Warranty
All parts come with a 12-month limited warranty.

- Manufacturing defects

What’s Not Covered:
- Damage from misuse or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Returns & Exchanges

Incorrectly Ordered Parts
Parts that ordered incorrectly may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost). -
Correctly Ordered, Non-Defective, Overstock Items
Parts that are not defective, not ordered incorrectly, or if determined by First Source as overstocked may be returned within 10 days and are eligible for 50% in-store credit only (minus original shipping costs). -
Items Requiring Electronic Retesting (i.e. batteries and chargers)
Are subject to a 50% restocking fee, (minus original shipping costs).
Important Notes:
- All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by First Source Inc.
- Contact us before shipping any items back.
- Returns without an RMA number will be refused or returned to sender.
- The customer is responsible for shipping cost of all returned items.
